Rare coffee, roasted for one order. Three small lots this season.

This season

Three lots. One rule.

Nothing gets roasted until someone orders it. Each lot is small, so when it's gone, it's gone.

The pull

Hold to pull a shot.

Fresh coffee needs a few quiet days of rest before it tastes right. Then it needs about twenty-eight seconds under the machine. Press and hold, and pull one with us.

Freshness, in writing

Two dates on every bag. Both true.

Roasted on. Ready from. We print both, because we roast after you order, not before. If a bag ever arrives past its window, tell us and we send a new one.

Only ripe cherries, picked one at a time, from one farm.

  2. 02

    Roasted to order.

Nothing is roasted until someone asks for it.

  3. 03

    Rested, then sent.

Your bag leaves us on its first good day.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is rare coffee really better, or just expensive?

Some rare coffees are mostly famous. We cup every lot before we buy it, and only take one if it tastes clearly different. If yours doesn't, we refund it.

Why not send it the day it's roasted?

Because it isn't ready yet. A few days of rest let the flavor open up. We wait so you don't have to.

What if it arrives stale?

It won't sit on a shelf, so it shouldn't. If it ever does, we replace it.

Do the growers get paid well?

We pay each farm a fixed price agreed before harvest, well above the market rate.

Can I cancel?

Yes. One click, any time, no email chain.
